electrogroup has this year implemented a several new initiatives internally that will enable us to provide better services to our valued clients. They include

  • New management structure including Corporate governance training,
  • Corporate Dashboard reporting system so that the Boards’ decisions are informed by the practitioners
  • Net Promoter Score survey
  • New IT systems aimed at improving service to customers. This includes cloud based document management& process flow control systems.
  • Improved corporate knowledge of e-Profiling to allow better advice to employers and apprentices on training needs
  • Better utilisation of Student Management System (JobReady)
  • Improved links to industry through participation with E-Oz, NSWUITAB, ANZETA, State Training Services and other groups.
  • Investment in training facilities and resources
